Low sperm count is one of the biggest problems not just men, but women as well face in their marriages today – the reason being that any man suffering from it cannot impregnate his wife.

Lots of marriages have crashed as a result, and more men are falling victim to the avoidable ailment. Low sperm count is the inability of the body to produce the right quantity of semen, and is mostly caused by a poor diet. Most men fail to eat the right food(s), and as a result, the body fails to get the right nutrients to help it function adequately, and that includes producing semen in the right proportion. Bananas contain bromelain; an enzyme which is believed to increase libido in men.
